Services
Individual Psychotherapy
I provide individual therapy sessions for adults via secure telehealth, making it convenient and accessible for you to prioritize your mental health. Sessions are typically 45 minutes.
Letters of Support for Gender Affirming Services
I provide letters for transgender clients seeking gender affirming services. Our time together will be spent gathering the information needed to write a supportive letter that will allow you to achieve your healthcare goals. Typically this is a one-time 45 minute appointment.
Clients Served
I specialize in providing affirming care to LGBTQ+ adults. I am licensed in Virginia and Wisconsin, and authorized to practice in all PSYPACT participating states. For a list of current PSYPACT participating states, please visit the PSYPACT website at: https://www.psypact.org/psypactmap.
Clients who enjoy working with me typically either have concerns related to sexuality/gender identity (i.e., coming out) and/or want to work with a therapist who is specifically connected to and trained in working with the LGBTQ+ community.
I have experience serving clients living with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, sex/drug-linked behaviors, difficulties managing life transitions and navigating life with minoritized identities. I support my clients in working to manage distress, build resilience, and identify steps forward.
I am not a good fit for clients whose principal needs are related to eating disorders, active mania, or active psychosis. Due to the limitations of a virtual practice, I am also not a good fit for clients who have trouble maintaining physical safety between sessions and/or managing dissociative symptoms.

I am out of network with insurance companies, and services are self-pay. Fees can be reduced if you have out-of-network insurance benefits.
